The course has been created by passionate holistic nutritionist Anita Rossiter.  Working in nutrition, she very quickly discovered that although food plays an extremely important role in women's health, there are other important pieces to the hormonal puzzle.

Anita spent 14 years in Nuclear Medicine and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) medical diagnostic imaging working in Melbourne, London and Tasmania before embarking on post-graduate studies in human nutrition.  Following a series of illnesses in both herself (which included metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, autoimmune illness, hormonal disturbances and adrenal fatigue) and her children, she turned her attention to helping others in a preventative health role.
​“Every day sitting before me I see women in a state of desperation.  Many have been searching for answers for years to complaints that return normal pathology results.  They are burnt out, just barely existing.  Despite strictly following diets even weight loss surgery, they cannot shift weight.  Many suffer debilitating pain from autoimmunity, numerous hormonal complaints and many bear the emotional scars of fertility issues.  Women feeling like failures because they have tried everything.  Women feeling worthless.  Women who are exhausted.

I needed to put together this course first and foremost to bring women together to realise that they are not alone.  The second reason is to shine a light on the many factors in our modern world that are leading us to feel this way.  When we start to understand underlying causes, we can make changes to our lives.   But most importantly I wanted to share hope.  I have also been one of these women.”

How does the course work?
After you enrol, you will receive a welcome email and information on how to access the member only section of the website, where you will find all 6 modules in the member-only course site.  

This can be accessed via the "Log In" tab in the header bar at the top of the website (www.anitarossiter.com.au).  The "Log In" tab will change to "My Account" when you are logged in - click "My Account" to access all 6 modules.

You will be taken on an exploratory journey to discover the links between food, toxins, sleep, stress, gut, liver and hormonal health.  .  
There is information in different formats to fit in to your busy life.  Audio can be downloaded to listen to in the car, recorded footage if you like to put a face to the voice of the person speaking and there are also downloadable and printable notes to refer back to along the way.  There is no pressure to complete this in any set time period.  Go along at your own pace.  

You will also gain access to a private Facebook group to discuss topics and ask questions.
