What is all the fuss?

Gluten free eating is rising in popularity.

What is the difference between coeliac disease, gluten sensitivity and intolerance to gluten?

We discussed the evolution of our modern wheat and how the changes in both the grain and in our consumption pattern may be affecting our health.

The workshop was a great success in a cozy, intimate room.  We had a lot of interesting questions and conversations with an amazing group of people!
