This is an 8 week group program which incorporates a combination of education, support and practical ways to improve your current nutrition to empower you to shift from surviving to thriving. How confusing is it trying to work out what we should be eating and who we should be listening to? This program is all about YOU and what works for you. We cover a different topic each week including identifying real food, discussing inflammatory components of the diet including sugar, refined carbohydrates, oils, the effects of certain foods on mood, gut health, toxins, optimal digestion, sleep and stress. It is all geared towards you rediscovering your intuition in understanding your body, foods and your whole health to enable you to shine!
