An 8 week group program empowering you with education, support and suggestions of ways to improve your current nutrition to allow you to shift from surviving to thriving!
Hosted by Anita Rossiter, holistic nutrition consultant, the topics include identifying real food, discussing inflammatory components of the diet including sugar, refined carbohydrates, oils, the effects of certain foods on mood, gut health, toxins, optimal digestion, sleep and stress.
The course will be run online via zoom, beginning Mon 2 May at 6:00pm, and will run for an hour and a half at the same time each week for 8 weeks.
