Bounce Back From Burnout - 8 Week Group Program - ONLINE
An 8 week group program empowering you with education, support and suggestions of ways to improve your life, particularly if you are:
- Striving for good energy and balance in their life.
- Experiencing health issues.
- Showing signs of overwhelm, exhaustion or burnout.
- Lacking energy, experiencing mood disturbances, anxiety or just feeling bleugh.
If you can relate and are keen to learn more about the many facets of burnout, learn your operating system and take home tools to load your toolkit, then this is a must attend program.
The course will be run in Yeppoon, Queensland, beginning Wed 4 May at 6:00pm, and will run at the same time each week for 8 weeks. Instructions on how to join the meetings will be emailed once payment has been recieved.
